600 Hectareas Kid friendly Vacations

The property needs urgent restoration. The sheets were dirty. We found other people’s hair in the bed. The carpet were like 30 years old and . Even the towers were old thin, and one was even not well washed . The air condition was very weak and the control didn’t work him so we asked for a new control which was not working. Neither The air condition unit itself seemed to be out of a museum. Staff was extraordinary friendly. The breakfast was poor again. Staff was extraordinary friend friendly. Here you can clearly feel that the owner doesn’t want to have more investments and it’s just feeding on the attractiveness of the waterfalls of people who anyway just come once. This kind of experience is a really bad, not for the property because they will always have people coming, but for the the province and the country itself.

The hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds and our welcome was warm. It was great to have breakfast and dinner included in the price; the buffet style food was of a good quality, although only just warm but there was plenty of choice. The staff were attentive and it was lovely to have a linen table cloth and napkin at dinner. We were disappointed with the BBQ that we paid extra for on the second night. The meat was dry, probably reheated from the previous service; however, when we pointed this out to the waiter he was quick to replace it with freshly cooked meat, which was delicious. The hotel very kindly allowed a late check-out and arranged for a taxi to the airport. The bedroom was fine, with a jacuzzi bath, robes and flip flops for the spa (which we didn't use). The only disappointing thing was the absence of tea/coffee facilities in the room.

A super location in a superb environment. This hotel has seen better days and it could do with an upgrade, it feels a bit 90s, especially the spa, and the in-room facilities. Definitely a nice place, but if I was the owner, I would invest a bit more, so I could remain competitive. Too many excellent hotels in the area to choose from.

It’s was good . The staff friendly, the place clean. The food excellent. La parrillada ufff delicious. The pool nice close to attractions. Definitely highly recommended.
