Morocco Luxury Vacations

The rooms were not cleaned everyday. I had on day one a nonworking drain - which overflowed in the shower. It was a mess and then encouraged an army of gross bus to march into my room..They did swiftly move me to an nee room with no issues. And in general they try very hard to be top service but don't always meet the standard.

The riad was at a great location and it was a good star overall.

Overall I enjoyed the sirayanne but it didn’t come without a few (small) issues. Starting with the positives: very clean, room was great, comfortable beds. Most of the staff were lovely. Food was generally very good. Spa was amazing. Negatives: One staff in particular was rather rude for no reason (front desk). They don’t provide free water at all, and 2 bottles was 14 dollars. The same front desk staff did tell us to “treat the maids well” and we may get free water. We tipped quite generously and didn’t get any, and in a 5 star at this price point in a place where it’s not recommended to drink the tap water it was a bit disappointing. Only other thing was quite a lot of kids. I didn’t realize it wasn’t adults only which is on me, but almost everyone there aside from us had kids with them so if that’s not your thing maybe avoid this one. Overall it was a great property and mostly good.

Amazing hotel in the heart of the Medina. Would absolutely recommend and return.

We had a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Saeed, who treated us like family and made our stay truly special. The riad is also easily accessible by taxi. The only area for improvement is breakfast. We expected a more authentic Moroccan breakfast experience, with traditional dishes and beautiful local presentation. Improving this would make the stay even better. Overall, wonderful hospitality and a memorable experience!
