Hotel itself has a great location and really nice. Breakfast plentiful. However, I do not recommend booking an airport transfer, they do not track the flight and we were 45 minutes late landing due to issues at Tbilisi airport. The driver did not wait even though we booked well in advance and gave them flight number. We were still charged. Staff unhelpful and refused to give us managers email. After a night flight this was not a great start. Rooms a little in the small side and had to get our own loo roll on 3 occasions. Fab view over river.

We booked one of two rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't be used. They moved us to another room at midnight, no assistance. The wifi did not reach our room and we needed to work, so we had to work from the restaurant downstairs during night hours. The breakfast was underwhelming. The service in the restaurant was not great. I checked in a few hours early and was charged for a half day even though the other room that was like ours was empty. I complained to Expedia and Expedia did not help.

Great value-for-money, nice calm location, comfortable beds, 24/7 staffed, breakfast for the paid price was good. Downside: bathroom was not properly cleaned & had sewage smell (staff at the reception tried though to fix this immediately); staff (ladies) at breakfast were pretty unfriendly and not welcoming at all; hotel could have in general better maintenance. But for the paid price it was a good choice.

Very good. And the breakfast is fantastic.

Oh those pillows! They were unforgettable… Breakfast service was quite good as well. Location was great, you can reach to the city center by a nice stroll passing the bridge.

We absolutely loved our stay at Meidan Heritage Suites in our beautiful, newly renovated apartment! The interior design is modern and stylish, with lovely materials and thoughtful details throughout. The kitchenette was great and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic too – close to everything and perfect for exploring the city by foot. Highly recommended!
