This is the place to stay in Strasbourg. The hotel was amazing, the spa was terrific, the hotel has air conditioning, the room was lovely, the staff accommodating and so nice, the location is THE BEST, and the town is fabulous. Loved Regent Petite France....

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Mashir (?), a server in the bar/restaurant, must have noticed how tired and hot we were when we arrived and he came over and gave us cool water. He was a fabulous server and tended to our needs. We really appreciated the service we received. Our only complaint was the room was very hot. It felt great when we arrived, but it got progressively hotter. Otherwise, the room was very clean and comfortable!
