The staff were professional and some were very helpful. Of particular note was the very helpful and respectful demeanor of Sebastian and another bellman whose name I regret not getting! The unnamed bellman would open our UBER door as if we were celebrities! I recognized even more how special this was when I observed the others not doing it. This bellman is a white slender faced and slender built male...he always looked both focused and serious about his job. I honor the way he made my family feel. Sebastian was a very nice and when my family asked questions, he was very helpful! These two in particular were my/our bright spots! They made us feel welcomed! In respect of the cleaning, the lobby area was very nice and smelled nice, though the scent when I first arrived appeared a little strong. My issue with cleanliness always came from the carpet on my floor (25th floor). The carpet always appeared as if it were not vacuumed...particularly in the front of my room door, and I did not like this. I stayed in the family suite at 2535...Also, I was expecting at least to have a microwave in my family suite. This was an inconvenience. The room was not anything really special in my view, but it did accommodate our family. Overall, the hotel can be an excellent location and place to be if more attention is paid to cleanliness. As for the breakfast, we enjoyed it! The staff there were very helpful. I would not return with my family particularly because of these inconveniences.

Overall the hotel was decent. If you looking for a wide array of options, then this is your place. We had an issue with the musty odor coming from the carpet. We had to ask for a change of room for our kids' room and the alternative had less of a scent but it was present - likewise in our room. I believe it comes from overuse of deodorizer trying to stifle the mustiness. Otherwise our room was clean and standard and the view of the city was amazing. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom. The location was central and literally next door to KFC, Starbucks, around the corner had Papa Johns and a 24-hour shop that stocks everything! Around the other corner has a quaint and lovely restaurant called Frank's Place that became our go-to-restaurant (Italian cuisine) - excellent customer service from Jose and the team! The hotel is also 6 mins from MultiPlaza Mall and 13 mins from Albrook all - whichever is your preference. Due to the size of the hotel though, there are a lot of people there so if you do not like a crowded hotel or want a low keyed vacation, then this hotel may not be for you.
