The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.

small rooms, less option for breakfast, noisy environment

The room was cleaned very last minute and it was missing some items, did not feel like a completely ready room. Also the upkeep is subpar comparing with other Taj experience.

We had a great stay. Kaif who did our checkin did a great job and took us to the room and gave us a walk through. Restaurant staff were very courteous and the food was excellent. Breakfast was awesome yummy. Checkout was easy as well. Special shoutout to the team who packed our breakfast as we were leaving pretty early in the morning. Overall very positive experience. Will strongly recommend this facility and looking forward to come back again. Thank you for the hospitality the entire team gave us.
