**1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience** I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone, especially families. I brought my family together from different places to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday, hoping to create beautiful memories. Instead, we were met with poor service, disappointing cleanliness, and, above all, terrible organization and logistics. Not a single day did we feel properly taken care of. My brother, his family, and my aunt, who had a separate reservation, experienced room issues from the very beginning. They had to change rooms, leaving them moving their belongings at 1 AM. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of organization and responsibility. The most disappointing part was that even on my mother’s birthday, we could barely manage to sit together for dinner. Restaurant reservations were practically impossible to secure, and the service was extremely poor. For a family gathering planned around such a special occasion, this was heartbreaking and frustrating. A resort that advertises itself as family-friendly should be able to provide basic service, cleanliness, coordination, and a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on all fronts. 0 recommended. 0 attention. 0 accountability. Not family-friendly. I would never return.
