The hotel is conveniently located near Dam Square. It is within walking distance to central station or hotel guests can take a tram for 2 stops before reaching it. The staff are friendly and helpful. When we first checked in, we were given a choice of either a room at street level facing the busy main road or a more quiet one at the side. We chose the latter but soon found out that the drainage in the bathroom was poor. Every time after shower, the whole tiled floor in the bathroom was flooded as water passed very slowly. The bedroom itself was spacious enough but, like most hotel rooms, was not brightly lit. The buffet breakfast offered a sufficient variety of food but no fresh fruit, only tinned ones.

A small but stylish hotel. Staff are very warm and helpful. Not many but sufficient choices on breakfast. Nice coffee, shower gel/shampoo available in room. Hotel is also well located and easily accessible to various museums/travel spots. However the shower area is transparent with no curtain at all so it's ideal for couples mainly whilst friends need to take this into consideration before booking
