"Hotel was great - room could use a little refresh, but nothing drastic. Would have liked screens in the windows, due to the warm weather, we had them open and a lot of bugs came into the room. The food at the restaurant is very good and the staff is very polite. With your stay, you receive free entry into Giants Causeway, which I did not see anywhere when booking thru the Hotels.com site (apparently it’s stated in your email confirmation when you book direct). "This is a cute old hotel, but clean and updated with sitting room. The shower was very difficult to figure out. Dining was nice and the pub had many areas to sit. Parking is free and plenty of it. In the heart of the town. Not much going on in this town. "

"The host (Robert) who comes in the morning to cook your breakfast is what sets this property apart from any place I've ever stayed. And I've traveled to almost 30 countries now. He's enjoyable to talk to and genuinely enjoys his guests. He has great info and insight and cooks an excellent breakfast as well. The dining room coffee machine brews excellent coffee options too. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay."

"This was a nice little apartment, great location and good kitchen, living area and bedrooms. However the towels provided were unusable- just need new cleans ones, these were really old and very smelly. Duvet in main bedroom yellow, really off putting. The bathroom was ok but some areas not great in terms of cleanliness. This is tricky as parts of it where great and kitchen was immaculate! I think with some attention to bedding and towels and bathroom would make the world of difference but also hugely necessary. Our kids had a brilliant time and it was a great base for our short time away. Two lights in living area broken but we were fine with a lamp and I flagged to Host and they were happy to look at this - responded quickly. Check out time Of 10am is pretty early but fine for kids who wake early!"
