The owners were really friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was great. 20 min walk from the train station, 5 minute walk from Boscombe beach (little less busy than Bournemouth beach which was ideal for us). Room was clean, really cute and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!! "
