OMG! Do not stay on the bottom floor! I would like to preface this review by stating that I travel frequently and stay at accomodations regularly but the Jackson Southtown has the worst sound insulation of any place I've stayed. I'm not a light sleeper by any means and I was tired after a 6 hour drive and a good dinner and went to bed at 10pm. I wish I had brought ear plugs because I heard each footstep as a thud from the people upstairs due to the building's lack of sound insulation. Not only that, every time the opened and closed the drawers it sounded like they were playing skeet. The sound insulation is so poor that you can hear conversations, flaulation, the tinkle of peeing and the roar of a power flush toilet. After being an unwilling but forced participant in the intimate life of the upstairs neighbors, being repeatedly woken until 1:15am I finally shouted "go to sleep! I can hear everything!" They finally quieted down. I will never be staying at the Jackson Southtown ever again! I would rather sleep in my car or even a park bench than put myself through that horror again. Even the pillows had a nasty stink!

Spring Creek Ranch was a very nice place to stay. It was close to Jackson, and located off the beaten path. Wood burning fireplace in our unit was a nice touch, however, we didn't use it. Comfy furniture and a nice decor. Hot showers and and great water pressure. The beds were and pillows were comfortable. Shuttle service was offered but had limited hours where you could bsed.

The property and the rooms were amazing but unfortunately the staff wasn’t. At the check in they tried to put us in the basement room with a view of a retaining wall. Every time we had a question about the area activities, etc., they had no answers for us. They told us about the roof top bar but every time we tried to go we couldn’t get in and they didn’t prioritize the hotel guests.

Ned very comfortable! Close to everything. Perfect location to YellowstonePark(Roosevelt entrance), 15 minutes to Yellowstone Hot springs, great to relax after a long day. Bathroom very small, property showing its age. Front desk staff so nice and helpful. Nice are to sit outside by the fire
