“The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager……

“Had an amazing experience. Last minute change to reservation and it was definitely a welcome surprise to stay here. Staff were super nice, room was very clean and comfy, and breakfast was hot and fresh. Will stay again and would recommend. ”
