"What a great condo. Great communication with host. Great view of Cowpet Bay. The condo had everything you need for the beach. Great location, Red Hook minutes away, which has many good restaurants. The beach is just minutes walk away. The beach and pool was never crowded and beautiful. I would definitely stay again"

"Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. "Excellent! We have stayed at many VRBO's and this might be the best one. We LOVED it. Everything was exceptionally clean and well appointed. There were so many extras included, lots of beach gear and the kitchen had everything you'd need (side note - it could use a pasta strainer!) It was quiet but not too far away from anything. "The villa is very spacious with lots of outdoor sitting places. The views are simply beautiful. We could see the harbor with cruise ships, and the sunset views were simply stunning. A couple of times, we saw rainbows forming right in front of our eyes. We also enjoyed the pool and spa. You do need a car to go anywhere on the island."
