"Perla Azul worked out great for our family. It was nice having the front house as well as the smaller back house, especially with adult children. Listing was exactly as described and had everything we needed for the week. The pool was wonderful, and appreciated the air conditioning and ability to lock the gate. Walk to town and beach was easy. Did a fun ATV ride with Quads2U, would recommend. "

"Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that...

"Property was awesome, water systems and septic systems need upgrading. Bearly any pressure and little or no hot water for the showers. We have stayed many times in Costa Rica and the issues that I have mentioned seem to apply to most properties. We go for the Pura Vida and we were not disapointed. "

"Loved this modern property! It’s perfect for 2 couples. The views are amazing from the covered deck of multiple bays. The drive is as described on 2.5 km of gravel up a steep hill. The management company was very responsive with a couple of requests we had."

"I had such a lovely stay at this cute little studio in Puerto Carrillo. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The real highlight was the shared pool—perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or just lounging with a book. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and it was just a short drive to Playa Carrillo, which is absolutely stunning. If you're looking for a quiet, charming spot to unwind, this is it!"

"Amazing property tucked into the gorgeous coastline of Costa Rica! Beautiful modern home with all the amenities! Very safe and secluded ….minutes from town and fantastic beaches! This property is first class! Our favorite highlight of the trip was meeting Ivan and Ingrid. They were all about service. They helped us setup day trips in the area…. But most importantly they prepared amazing meals! Huge bonus to this property!"
