"There is not a positive about this property. It is in a very scary area. Not in a neighborhood or residénciale. There was no host communication until we reached out. The man who is point of contact from Expedia, Giro, says the right man is David, who leaves you with MarieLou. Toilets and plumbing are backed up, had to walk four blocks to a restaurant to use the bathrooms. "Great location right by the beach! Dorms are nice and comfy, locker under the bed for your belongings, although a bit hot in the dorms as there are fans but not AC. Nice and clean facilities, they offer activities and can help with booking of shuttle. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Overall a great place to unwind whether you want to have fun in the waves or relax by the pool. "

The house is full of beer cans and beer bottles. Found three quetzalteca bottles and lids in the defunct pool. There are also broken beds and dirty rooms awaiting. We tried to contact multiple times and were told she is only the housekeeper and this is as good as it ever gets. "
