“The motel is very old and smelled like it too. But we were just passing by and needed a place to sleep. Surprisingly the bed and pillows were fantastic. I actually slept really well and wasn’t ready to leave. Staff was friendly. ”

“We were greeted immediately upon entering the hotel. The first thing I noticed was the walkway entrance was spotless. We noticed it was hosed down and scrubbed each morning. What a difference it makes. At any time of day, the receptionist at the front counter greeted us. All too often in the past, the hotel employees AT OTHER HOTELS acted as if it’s a bother to hand you another towel, to answer a question, or to even say hello. The hotel was clean. The continental breakfast offered was filled……

“This was a good location close to the pony swim and carnival. The home was very musty smelling. Only cooled by window air conditioning. Did not receive the check in instructions or notification that I would need to bring bed linens and towels even though I had messaged them 48 hours before checking in. This was my biggest issue.”
