“The staff was very helpful. If we had any issues, the immediately stepped up to solve the issue.”

“The location was wonderful and it had great potential unfortunately we could not use the patio and chairs because they were covered with bird poop. We recommended that they pulled those items back under the covering in the future so that they’re usable. In addition we had no hot water that’s right no hot water for bathing and such so you can imagine why this rating is low. Furthermore, we tried to get help talk with the manager in order to reconcile the situation and he was trying to charge us……

“The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The building is very out dated. Carpet was torn and dirty. Huge gap in the door so bugs etc can get in. Poop was clean and loved the free coffee and danish each day at the shop next door.”

“The staff were very polite. We were happy to know we had breakfast but when we went to get it, it was just cereal and toast. The milk was sitting out so we didn’t eat. The rooms were clean.”

“The Continental breakfast was more than sufficient. The room/housekeeping staff were on the ball every morning!!! The gym didn’t smell like a gym it was clean, if you get where I’m going the entire stay was perfect and I’d highly recommend…”

“We had a great overnight stay after the Crab & Cruise. The room was clean and nice-sized, the bed was super comfortable, and it was quiet. The only issue I had was that I wish there was an iron in the room and that we were told at check in that we would have to sign it out at the front desk. Otherwise, EXCELLENT stay!!”
