“It was very quiet and comfortable! The Innkeeper accommodated personal needs in her preparation and serving of her great breakfasts. Everything was clean and well kept. She gave helpful suggestions for activities and places to eat. Very nice place!”

“Property was great and it is very close to the beach area as well as the wild ponies. Walkable to all the coffee shops and ice cream. Only downside, if you cook there is nothing locally good to eat but won’t hold it against the area, just preference. People were great and coffee shops were great. ”

“This house was advertised as being able to fit 8 people. All 3 bedrooms had very worn out mattresses. The sleeper sofa was missing springs. Two of our family members had to sleep on the floor and an air mattress we purchased. There was not enough dinnerware and silverware for 8 people. The bar stool (for extra seating ) was so wobbly that no body dared to use it for fear of breaking. The deck would have been nice, if there was a dining table and four more chairs (there were 2 dining chairs……

“Beautiful & scenic views, pool was refreshing, Complimentary wine was unexpected, Dwayne was helpful & breakfast was delicious & made to order by Rick! Food & fun within walking distance and just a short drive to other sites. Some basic updates & repairs needed on the property but that’s expected for the age of the house. We’ll be back!”
