"The staff was very kind. The bar/restaurant on site was great- portions giant and tasted great. Everything is a bit dated, but sheets and towels were clean and AC worked; which is all we really cared about at the end of a long day horse showing in a heat wave. "This property was so cute! The decorating was adorable, and the lake view was so beautiful! It was my sister's bachelorette trip, and she wanted a short, cozy weekend getaway, so this was the perfect spot for it. There were 6 of us in total, and nobody had an issue with sleeping arrangements. The VRBO was super cozy and nice, and the lake view was exactly what we were looking for. "Repairs that were made were not very well done by appearance. The air conditioner worked great. The pool was closed and drained, so it shouldn't be advertised as having a pool. There were a lot of ppl wandering around at night, but we had no problems with sounds after 10pm. The room was quiet, smelled nice. The beds were on the firm side, but linens and pillows looked well cared for and overall sleeping conditions were fine. "

"Needing to be close to the hospital we needed a house. This house served the purpose. It is a well loved house and you can tell it is used by the family also for their enjoyment. Communication was great as we had a couple of questions at check in.The living room was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was easy to use however missed serving dishes for any sit down meals. The view (no access) of the lake was nice but there are many power lines. The bedrooms were great for what we needed. Two of them are connected which allowed me to easily get up during the night to help with meds. The third bedroom is not in the house but up a flight of stairs above the detached garage in the front which was not ideal but helped when we needed the extra bed. Overall It was wonderful for our need of a house to rest and recover."
