“We checked into our room after 6pm and upon opening the door we saw that this room had not been cleaned or serviced from the prior people. We went back to the desk and were given a new room. The clerk did apologize.
Our second room was clean. When taking a shower the tub filled with 2 inches of water because of poor drainage. I was happy to see makeup remover wipes because I had forgotten to pack mine.
The pop machine was out of order. So we bought a can up front.

“Conveniently located for my business travel. My January, 2026 (4-night) stay (during a snowstorm) was great! Clean, convenient, decent breakfast, and front desk clerk was even shoveling to make sure things were cleared. My September, 2026 (4-night) stay was okay. front desk staff is always delightful and helpful with requests. hotel and room were clean, however there appeared to be virtually no housekeeping services. i don't care that the bed isn't made or towels changed but no trash service……
