"Excellent customer service from Bobbi Sue! Wicked clean cabin and I felt like we were treated like royalty. Loved hanging out in the Adirondack chairs on the cabin deck and watching the wildlife in the private lake. Also, the outdoor fire was raging and was perfect for our marshmallows and s'mores sticks that are in the office! Would hands down stay at this property again and definitely plan to in the future. "

"The property was great."

"Two problems: couldn’t lock door when we left condo. And communication not good. We called when we arrived and again next am. Good thing the problem wasn’t that we couldn’t get in to condo! Apparently the person responsible called us the next day but due to spotty cell service in the area we did not get the message until third day we were there. To be fair, condo was in good condition, comfortable, kitchen and bathroom adequate, good supply of bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher too....

"The well-stocked kitchen with kitchen island and bar stools worked well for our group of four. The mattresses were comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, just right. The bath towels were plush and large. We would absolutely stay here again. There are a few things to be aware of. There was a raised wood strip between the wood floor in the kitchen to the wood floor in the living area. Until we got used to this, we "tripped" over the strip a few times. "We were there 1 night but if it had been a longer stay we would have used the kitchen. Kitchen was great but it was light on tools , pots and things to make preparing food easy. No paper towels sponge to scrub dishes. A full complement of in shower products… maybe a fixed to the wall? Blankets provided for pullout sofa were great! But didn’t feel fresh. Overall we loved our stay"
