"Exceeded our expectations. The apartment was so quaint and cozy and had everything we would ever need. Great location for everything we had on our to do list which was look at the fall foliage, seek out covered bridges and just feel what Vermont is like in the fall. Claudia called in and checked on us before our arrival and made it known that if we needed anything she was just a call away. Would love to stay again!"

"My bride and I had a fantastic stay! Great location and very responsive/accommodating owner. The town is just a 2 minute walk to shops, a variety of restaurants and a couple of excellent breweries. The neighborhood is friendly. There is a covered bridge and walking path along the river where people jog, walk and explore. Franconia Notch State Park is close by and offers trails for hikers of all levels. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Littleton."

"Had a great stay for a few nights in Littleton at this spot with my wife and toddler! The only thing to be aware of for young ones is the stairs to the upper floor are definitely not child friendly. No complaints about anything else, the location was awesome, close to Cannon and many trailheads for hiking. Would definitely stay here again! Walking distance to Main Street in Littleton and many restaurants, shops, and breweries!"

"My family & I came in from out of state just for the weekend & we had a great experience! The apartment was nice & clean & we had plenty of room. Kym, the owner was very kind & hospitality! She made sure we were happy & well taken care of! If we come back to the area we will definitely look to stay there again!"

"Instructions on TV were all wrong/out of date, but owner cleared up second day. There are multiple logins listed for Fubo steaming service so owner should clear up all documentation for guests. Stove is not fully functional, but we did need it so it was not an issue for us. One kitchen glass had a crack in it. WiFi and Internet service is not fast, ~4Mbps down, resulting in streaming TV sometimes having to catch up in caching compressed data and delays in using laptop online. It got slower after...

"We loved this property: On the trails, close to the village, the open floor plan allowed us to all interact, the huge deck was great for hanging out! We loved the fire pit and the entire laid back "Cabin"! This is a perfect place to stay if your a rowdy, beer drinking group of MTB'ers! We have stayed in over 10 properties in East Burke every September and this was one of our favorites!!!!"
