“Pros: great location; driveway got plowed right after a snow storm, which was key because it’s a pretty steep incline up to the cabin; and the kitchen is pretty well appointed. Cons: kitchen water pressure is very, very low. Almost unusable. Several linens and table cloths were either dirty or stained in a way that made us doubt their cleanliness; And finally: check-in procedures and interaction with the property management firm, particularly communications, were poor. “The house had a great location close to skiing, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the gas fireplace. Plenty of space to spread out. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It snowed overnight one night we were there, and the plow came by 9:30, so we were still able to get out and go skiing early, which was wonderful.”

“We loved the location of 40 PL. It was tucked off of the main road, and felt like we were truly in the woods! The cabin is spacious and more than enough room for four adults and medium size dog. The location to hiking trails and Mt Washington Cog Railway was ideal. We even enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit! We would absolutely consider returning to this property.”
