"Great location by beach and eating areas "

"My family and I stayed at this property last week. Cheap small appliances, dishes, and furnishings. The master bath is tiny. The plumbing isn't great. The food disposal was clogged and so was the master bath toilet when we arrived. But, maintenance quickly arrived to take care of it. The pool is ok but doesn't have the waterfall that's shown in the pictures and gets crowded around 8 pm with many elementary school aged kids (which was fine with us). I forgot my wrist band twice and was asked to...

"Everything was clean and for a small place it fit our family of six perfectly. Everyone around the area seemed to be friendly and there was not one issue had. Only complaint was the walls are thin so when someone in the condo next to us hit the wall a picture almost fell on one of the kids. But that’s not necessarily something that can be helped. Overall the stay was great and I would stay there again in a heartbeat! "

"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

"It was well maintained, clean and right on the beach. Communication from the rental company was good. Check in and check out were very easy. The location was quiet and off the main drag. Close to many restaurants and other activities. "
