"The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. "

"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

"This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. My only tip is that if you book through this management company, plan to bring all of your food and seasoning supplies. Unlike some vacation...

"Our family booked a last-minute stay at this condo while planning a return visit to an area we had fallen in love with the year before. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Family Tides was absolutely fantastic! The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly designed for large families. The recent remodel really shows, the kitchen and bathrooms are stunning, and the spa-like master shower was a favorite. The outdoor area was just as impressive. The private pool, tiki bar, and large pool deck made it easy to spend entire afternoons outside relaxing and grilling while the kids swam. Having the outdoor shower and bathroom by the pool was incredibly convenient. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, which made going back and forth throughout the day easy. The house also had plenty of beach gear and bikes, which was a great bonus. We also loved the fourth-floor balcony views of the Gulf. The home was extremely clean, well stocked, and had more than enough space for everyone in our group to spread out comfortably. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway on 30A!"
