"Everything was great. Jeff, the owner, was very responsive and every person we met along the way between getting the truck and letting us in the house was great.The view was the best we have had in St. John (5th time visiting) and was great for both sunrise and sunset. House was clean and had everything we needed. We rented the truck and was one of the highlights of the trip. We will be back in the future! "

"It was exactly as described! The beach chairs, coolers and noodles were in great condition and very nice to have. The views are stunning and the house was the perfect size for the 2 of us. All linens were in excellent condition and the house felt very clean. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"This was a great house with privacy, comfortable beds, and a large kitchen. Perfect for a group of four. Huge deck area, and all the amenities. Paul was an excellent property manager and responded to messages immediately. Sebastian the sweet outdoor cat was a bonus! After six previous days on St. John, I can say I highly recommend this property!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Bay Rum Breeze! The pictures are exactly how the villa looks in person; beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The constant breeze made it so comfortable, and the outdoor showers were absolutely amazing! The property management company was very thorough, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location is also perfect offering prime access to the gorgeous North Shore beaches, and just a 20-minute ride into Cruz Bay for dining and shopping. We would definitely recommend this villa and look forward to coming back! It was perfect for our family of 6, but could easily accommodate 8. "
