It's in a very cool historical building near downtown and, while it's on a major street, the noise was minimal due to its location at the back of the building and in the basement that's quite soundproof. “Listing is located in the marmalade district which is a great area to stay. The parking was great because you have your own parking stall. We were traveling with two toddlers. The walls were thin (could hear the neighbors a little bit, and our kids noticed every little sound at bed time). The space was pretty toddler proof from the beginning - not a lot of random decor items for them to mess with. The king sized bed was VERY firm so that’s something to take into account when staying there. ”

It was also close to the city and the highway, so it was easy to reach the sights within and outside the city. The host was responsive and left a detailed binder with information about check-out and things to do nearby. I highly recommend it! ”
