"Photos look nice but apartment needs work, lights in kitchen are very dull (doesn’t seem like they’re actually on), dining room lights are two different bulb colors, mirrors are cracked, fire alarm missing in kitchen, carpet is ripped in areas. it’s a decent place to crash, but we did not spend a lot of time inside the VRBO "

"The property is in a good location. The communication with the ownees was beyond exceptional. The house has the basics that are needed.Unfortunately, the home was dirty. The first thing noticed was the built up dirt under the couch that can be seen as you walk up the stairs. It appears as though maintenance and cleaning are not a priority. Rips in rhe sofa, torn blinds, floor not swept. It's unfortunate that the place isn't better cared for. It could a top notch rental with just a little...

"I was told it was recently updated but the walls and ceiling looked like they could crumble any minute. There was a weird 1” platform that the toilet sat on, we all hit our toes because it was the same color/pattern of the floor. We had to walk through mud to get from the driveway to the house. There was no thermostat and even with all the windows open, it was still hot"
