“Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta”

“Chelsea’s condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located, steps to the ski bus line. Chelsea is also a responsive host, which I appreciated.In her binder of information (unless the contents were revised since the time of this review) she asked to be notified of any concerns/needs to ensure a 5-star review.However, there were a couple of factors that warrant the rating in this review, and that could not have been remedied on short notice. “Ski in Ski out convenience is awesome, along with convenient free parking and close proximity to all the Canyon attractions. This unit is near the stairway on the 2nd floor so access to the ski valet is just one floor and a few steps away. They store your skis and boots and let you keep your comfy shoes or boots there for free. This was my second stay at Canyon Haus and it is comfortable and smart, with everything you need in an efficient space for much less money. I recommend it without……

“Great location, nice unit, friendly staff. Ski valet is nice though it is small so you have to keep your poles/boots in your unit. Unit is more spacious than it looks online. Plenty of room for 2-3 people. Sleep sofa is pretty comfy though you need to stow away to navigate unit. Kitchen is a bit of a weird setup- utensils are in a bag vs. drawer. Some important items were hidden away and required some hunting to find (sponge, detergent, etc).Highly recommend. Best location in canyons and……
