The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality level of the food. The confirmation of my reservation stated free parking was included but upon check-in i was asked to pay fifty dollars for a parking pass. I paid an additional amount for a room with river view but was put in a room on the opposite side of the building. Overall, i wasn't happy with the customer service. However, the property is clean, and conveniently located to restaurants.

This place was amazing. Super cute and awesomely decorated room, lots of space, bed was comfortable! Staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful. We plan to stay here in future visits.

The staff were lovely and i appreciated my upgrade very much. I mean it to be constructive when I note that the coffee and tea spread in the room was terrible; it's so easy to get this right these days that it's notable when it's just basic. The room is so inherently pretty, it just would have benefited from flowers and fruit and an interior designer's touch. The couch cover was just kinda ghetto. Call me if you want an interior design makeover, I lvoe your hotel and want it to shine when i come back! And again, all the staff were so so sweet.

Clean and convenient French Quarter location. Friendly and helpful staff.
