"I stayed in the Chatsworth Ensuite room while away on business and it was such a refreshing change from a tired, soulless room in a hotel chain.
The bathroom is beautiful and I left disappointed I couldn't stay longer to make use of the enormous bathtub.
Homely touches like candles and real milk for a coffee means I hope this room will be available next time I travel.

"I reseverd my room for 3 People and they sent me a message ok and confirmed arrived at the place said sorry no room for 3 because they gave my room to someone eles so i hade to ask to cancel and get my money back very mad"

The shower head wouldn't stay up on the pole/ square toilet oval seat /floorboards creaking
Living room. One window blind missing/one broken/brown stain on carpet. Sugar coffee and tea caddies terrible. Found a dirty sock, part of a combe and biscuit on the floor. Light flickered in hallway. Lamp in bedroom didn't work. When i payed for the property then thay said i had to pay £30 for property waiver which is not refundable

"After booking, the property emailed me a suspicious link asking for an additional damage waiver fee to be paid online. Alternatively, they offer a refundable deposit... plus a non-refundable admin fee.
Hotels.com explicitly tell you not to pay any additional money via online forms as it is a very common scam. The property does not allow you to stay unless you pay via their online form.
This leaves you either at risk of being a scam victim by paying the additional secret fee, or without a place to stay.
To resolve this, the property could include the damage waiver in the nightly charge, or accept deposits in person like other places do. Unfortunately, neither option is available."

CONs: Ordered an “Apartment” got a “Studio”. Apparently, both the same, except size, and allocated by the owner.
No staff present, no reception, just lock-boxes outside.
E-mail sent late with arrival instructions. Had to call lodge number to find out how to get in.
Noisy guests until 1:30 am, could hear every word.
People smoking in the building.
No “WasherS and DryerS” as advertised. Owner said they were down the corridor. One single machine - washer/dryer, unavailable because being used to wash bedsheets.
Could not put the keys back in the lock-box at “checkout”, because the owner sent the wrong code.
A very mixed experience.
