This convenient condo is perfect for a family or a small group of friends looking forward to experiencing a true ski retreat. The electric fireplace will keep everyone warm and toasty during your stay and will be everyone's best friend after spending the day at the slopes. Treat everyone to a steamy cup of hot cocoa and snuggle up on the sofa to watch TV on the large flatscreen TV. If you'd like peaceful time to yourself, you can grab one of the books available and head to the furnished patio - nothing beats getting lost in a book while surrounded by all the sugar-white snow.

Winter enthusiasts will be happy to be so close to Angel Fire Resort, which is only half a mile away from your doorstep. It offers year-round activities no matter if you're an experienced skier or a summer lover. Here you can find a variety of activities including skiing, snowboarding, zipline adventure tours, downhill mountain biking, golf, tennis, and so much more. Roughly 12 miles north is the Eagle Nest Lake State Park where anglers can have a blast trying to catch salmon or trout. One mile away starts the Oeste Vista Trail, a circle-shaped, two and a half-mile long scenic trail.

Less than minimalistic
The place was clean and relatively convenient. We had expectations for a minimal experience. However, the condo was less than minimally furnished. The bedcoverings were extremely light and we asked for a blanket or something additional, the local service said they couldn't provide anything. There wasn't even a throw on the couch. I slept with my coat as a cover. In a cold climate, this is not acceptable.

Great Location but…
The location is great but the management and condo itself was horrible. When we arrived there were soaking wet towels left in the washer. there were dirty dishes left in the dish washer. We had to run the dishwasher to clean the dishes to use. As other reviews state, the walls are thin and the guy upstairs loves 80’s music, he jammed out everyday from 8a-11p The management and communication was non existent. We had a leak inside the refrigerator and tried to call but the number is just a text system, you cannot talk to anyone. All Communication is through texts, they would respond and tell you someone would contact you to help. After four days of no contact someone finally called as we had already checked out. The cleaning fees are ridiculous for such a small place and considering we had to dry towels and clean dishes. The location is great. You are walking. Distance to the resort and ski rental. Of all the places I have stayed this was the worst experience for my family. I cannot recommend and would advise to look elsewhere. When you factor in the cleaning feee this place is priced like the others in the area, so it is actually not as good of a deal as you think.

Good location and good place for two people
Check in process smooth, received an email from Vacasa with access instructions and wi-fi password. The wi-fi password in the unit is not correct. The place was clean and comfortable for two people. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware. We were happy with that as we choose to cook most our meals. The condo is about one block from the slopes so convenient. We were disappointed the washer/dryer unit was not in working order as we had planned to do a load or two because we are on the road. I emailed Vacasa and did not hear back. Not a big deal however is one of the reasons we chose this unit. Lastly, watch the additional fees added to the total price per night. In my opinion the cleaning fee is steep considering the small space, just over 600 FSF. The overall price paid to value was biggest drawback. With that said I would recommend this unit just know the added fees will push up the final price.

Good location for skiers, right off the ski lifts. Not so great for quiet mountain life.
Property was clean, and accommodating. Make sure you don’t mind hearing every step of the people above you. Upstairs neighbor during our stay had music blaring just about the entire length of our stay. We were awakened more than once during the middle of the night from loud banging and footsteps above us as well. If you are planning to be listening to loud music and partying all night. This is the place. We will be choosing more isolated rental properties from now on.

no wifi $45 overage charges from verizon with still a week left in billing cycle -limited parking -2 dw pods for whole week -washing dishes was super hot or cold -one dish towel -super high water pressure in shower. -loud music from neighbors 6:30am - 10:30 pm; like clockwork -only one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner - had to go purchase more.
