"We had a great time, the condo was plenty spacious for the 12 of us. The place could use a little TLC, maybe replace screens, so we could have opened windows, organize things alittle better, towels were everywhere. Also a lot of switches didn't turn on anything. There was no vent in either bathroom with showers, not sure if they just weren't working. And a little better cleaning , cobwebs, some mold in the bathrooms, just alittle better cleaning. "Nice stay. The only downside is the long line everyday to get back to the house. I like the gated community idea, but, seems the line could be quicker somehow. Hard to wait a half hour after already driving and hour and half back from Yosemite each day. Also, when we checked in the line was so long when it was finally our turn, they had us park and walk up and wait longer to check in. Just seemed inefficient. Otherwise host was great. House was great."

"I stayed here over the New Year weekend with my family to visit the Yosemite Valley (~1 hr 20 min drive) and it was pretty on-par with the other reviews. It did smell pretty strongly like moisture upon entrance and had a number of things that needed general maintenance around the house, like door trims and flickering lights, which was a little disappointing considering the price of our stay. "
