"Beautiful place, super kind staff. I personally loved the beach access from the hotel, warm and cozy jacuzzi. They have a restaurant where you can order food and they will bring it out to you in the jacuzzi I think that was a 10/10 food was great too. Casino and club in the hotel made it so you would never want to leave. Definitely will be coming back "

On the orher hand, on my check out no one help me with our luggage, they just stand there. "Just came back from visiting this beautiful hotel and already making plans to go back! I love everything about it; the service, the rooms, the landscape, the entertainment, the food! Did I say the FOOD?!!! Only thing that needs improvement is the check-in process. Needs to be quicker and there should be a basic tour of the property because it is HUGE! Everything else is 10/10!"
