Villas in Phi Phi Islands

"The manager was on property and would always ask if everything was okay each time he saw you. I felt he genuinely cared about his guests experience. However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained. The property was away from Ao Nang Beach but offered a free shuttle there where there was plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a private pool villa. The pool was great. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part...
