“Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Die Check-in-Anweisungen waren unvollständig und irreführend. In den Informationen wurde nur die Adresse der Unterkunft angegeben. Erst nach einem Anruf beim Vermieter erfuhren wir, dass wir zunächst zu einer anderen Adresse fahren mussten, um dort einen Schlüssel aus einem Schließfach abzuholen. Dieses war leer. Wir kamen also nie ins Appartement, der Host antwortet auf keine Nachricht, sind dann letztendlich in ein Hotel und kämpfen bis heute um eine……

“Terrible, never stay here! It’s so complicated to enter the room and they gave us a key that didn’t work. We told them from the beginning of the stay that the key doesn’t work, they don’t respond to you. Then on the last night the key fully broke inside of the door and locked everyone out, I wasn’t able to get back in to sleep until 9am. They still dont respond all this time. I was waiting on the street over night because the key was broken and they don’t respond.”
