“Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. “We stayed 4 nights at VC Heritage Ribeira and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we checked in the service was beyond amazing. They even found out it was my birthday during our stay and went out of their way to deliver a bottle of champagne to the room. You cannot beat the location and the cleanliness is a 10/10.
