"housekeeping staff did not provide enough towels each day and when asked for extra towels did not comply. Overall the complete staff was pleasant, smiling and courteous!
I was in room #1202. Across the hall was an employee door that loudly slammed closed each time used; about 15 to 20 every morning from 5:45am till10:00am. It interrupted my sleep several times during the night especially in the morning. This was the only issue the resort was excellent on every other thing they offered and provided. "
