No excuse. Other people have complained about the same issues. This place needs to be shut down ASAP! I wish we would've read the reviews before we booked this place. OK for the price, which wasn't much. No ice machine though. Check in desk is the desk workers living room , husband and child were in front of desk watching a movie with blanket and pillows . Bigs all over room, small worms. This is one of if not the nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen.
