Awesome clean house
This quaint clean house up in the holler was peaceful and quiet. The owner lives close by and stopped in to say hello. Rodney was very professional and very likable. I would definitely stay there again.

I cannot say enough positive things about this lovely little piece of heaven. It was like being home, away from home. Quiet, relaxing setting that is beautifully landscaped with gorgeous flowers, trees, shrubs, bird feeders, chimes, and just adorable little details that make it so inviting. Host and family (including horse, ducks, and cows) are so friendly and welcoming. House has everything you will need and then some! Location was excellent. Far enough away that you have peace and quiet, but only minutes to food, gas, and popular locations. Of all of my travels, this was my favorite place I’ve ever stayed.

We have stayed at the property for the past three years and with each visit we love it more. Location is wonderful to whatever you would like to do. The host is beyond welcoming and the property is super clean. Highly recommend and we plan on going back very soon!

A beautiful relaxing Retreat
The house and property are beautiful and Rodney is super nice. Great communication throughout the stay. However, do note, that the bedroom and bathroom doors have trouble latching. Overall a great experience.

Perfect location farm house
Stayed here on our babymoon from Texas! Rodney was very accommodating and let us check in several hours early. The house was well stocked, very clean and has everything we needed. Great views. Close to the little town for coffee, food and just close enough to ashville to drive for the day. We also did multiple hikes around the area. Overall great stay. Would stay again!

Beautiful Farm and home!
We loved this place! The family farmland spanning 7 generations was beautiful! Rolling hills, horses and a small stream just across the road. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and then some. Rodney was quick to respond and helped us out when we needed assistance. We will definitely be staying again.

Loved it!
The host, Rodney, was great at communicating and very friendly. Showed me a couple of things on the property and was available if needed. Brought over some fresh farm eggs, a nice surprise. The home was cozy and had everything I needed. I really enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful surroundings and sitting on the front porch everyday. It’s just a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the town of Weaverville. If I return to the area this will be where I stay!

Great location . So peaceful and relaxing.
Property is well taking care of. Rodney took the time to explain where everything was and how to use it. Fire Pit out back was so relaxing and see fireflies at night brought back sweet childhood memories.

BEAUTIFUL get away house
We had an amazing time staying at this house. As soon as you walk in, you feel at home. It was so beautifully stocked, and kept extremely clean. There were little knick-knacks all over the house as well. The property is truly breathtaking, and Rodney was so kind/generous. He was informative if we had any questions and also had some conversations with our 6 year old boy and he will definitely never forget Rodney! Would recommend this place to anybody.

Peace and quiet, great place to reset and refocus
We were looking for a quiet retreat to decompress from the craziness of life and my stressful job. We found it here. I sipped coffee on the porch while listening to the stream across the road and the birds waking up. One morning I even got to enjoy a rain storm from the covered front porch. Close to Asheville, trails, shopping and great food. If you need to relax and unwind and get away from it all, this is the place to do it.

Little slice of heaven
This little casita was the perfect place to take a step back from the big world and relax! There was plenty of space for 4 adults. We loved being close to the city without paying the city price. Rodney is an ABSOLUTE gem. He went out of his way to make sure that we felt comfortable. His little dog side kick made our day! We definitely recommend this listing. Try Wag Bar to make more Fido friends and Yellow Mug for a cute cup of coffee. We will be back!

Slice of heaven!
The best short term rental we’ve stayed in. My wife started travel work and we’ve stayed all over FL and NC. Rodney the owner was very prompt at responding and helped us extend our stay when our home purchase was pushed back. The farm has such beauty to admire outside with multiple entertaining spaces or kick back and relax indoors with nice plush furniture and watch the birds. Very very clean! All the fixins you could ask for - FULLY stocked and plenty of room for our family which includes 2 toddlers. We honestly didn’t want to leave the family around the farm was just the sweetest. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back and listen to the babbling brook!

A charming farmhouse with a scenic view
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The farmhouse was pristine. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and well- maintained, while preserving a sense of the original decor. Our host, Rodney, was most hospitable. The children loved seeing the animals on our daily walks around the farm. When we wished to explore, downtown Weaverville and Asheville were both an easy commute. Happy we chose this place!
