We have stayed here at the haven inn several times and we have enjoyed the friendly staff and clean rooms every time...it is quiet and the property has great parking and close to restraunts. Great place to get some rest and relax. A/C works great

There were people smoking marijuana when we arrived at 8 PM. The staff was outside the hotel's front entrance, just hanging out. There was mold on our bathroom ceiling. The comforter on the bed had cigarette burns on it. The room had a strong odor. The furniture was old and needed replacing. The small mini fridge wasn't suitable for storing food.

They don't offer any coffee or tea in the morning. Housekeeping did half the job in my room. The room had a funky smell for the first day until I turned the air-conditioning on.

Don't stay here

Check in not welcoming, and was treated as if we were going to steal towels or smoke in the room. Rude front desk. The only decent thing about this hotel is that the wifi worked.

Great service

Weather was not best and I would not make it back to my home city about 30 miles from here. I decided to stay nearby my work to not get hurt on the way home. Staff was quick and nice. Room was clean. Pillows were flat and blankets on the bed were thin. Everything was really clean.
