“Came into town for the "Happy Together" concert at the Hampton Beach Casino. The property was a perfect location. We took advantage of the short walk to the beach and close proximity to the concert. The apartment was clean, fresh and perfectly located as we enjoyed Salisbury Beach during the day,”

“All and all not a bad little place. Great location close to everything. Parking is close at the central parking lot at Hampton Beach which cost me about 90 bucks for 2 days and 2 nights so you can add parking to the overall cost but not a bad price considering they charge 50 bucks to just park for a day. One thing though, the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. It worked for a little while and then the thermostat on it went up to 86 degrees and stayed there so it wouldn't turn on but everything……

“The property was fine but I was told I couldn’t check in till 3 when I got there still didn’t have my code The owner said my room was ready at 12:30. I should have got an email from VRBO. I never received anything disappointing would have had more time at the beach.”

“The place seem to still under construction or renovation. No parking at all. Ac only in bed room so living room and kitchen is hot. The window has not blinds or shade, people can see you showering from the deck. The good thing is that it close to the beach. ”

“Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. ”

“Super easy transaction—booking, communication, and checkout were all smooth. The place was clean, nicely set up, and in a great location. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where the kids could bike around, and just a block from the beach. I’d definitely stay again, which says a lot. “When we entered there was a handwritten thank you note and a cute little pancake syrup/mix gift. This place was great for our family of 5. More than enough room. I loved the decor and sitting out on the deck was great. It was immaculate. For a mulit-unit home it was surprisingly quiet. The AC was in the main part of the open concept kitchen/living room. There weren't ACs in the 2 bedrooms but I imagine the main unit would cool down the whole place if need be. We happened to have 2 cool summer……
