Due to the neighborhood it was in the staff had to change the Hotel keys everyday. Well the first thing that was not right upon arrival I was told that I had two rooms booked when I only had one so I call the hotel head quarters and was told to call Expedia when I call I was informed that I did have one room. The receptionist was not very friendly And when we went to get in the pool it was not open and was told it would be open until july that was one reason for going to the hotel. So then I was told to just check-out sunday morning and get my money back for the next day so that messed up all my plans for my grandson's birthday party. There was no weather stripping on the doors, and while the room was still comfortable enough in March, it let in a fair amount of outside noise. The pillows on the bed were the thinnest we've ever seen. The advertisement says free breakfast and free internet, both of which are true, but the internet signal was spotty, at least in our room, and the breakfast is very minimal.
