I previously had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel during Thanksgiving with my family. However, my current stay has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, my reservation was mishandled—initially not found, then found later—which indicated a lack of organization. Each night, due to the booking site issue, I was required to rebook, and I’ve been charged $100 daily for incidentals. When I sought assistance to consolidate these charges, I was told the responsible person was unavailable due to an interview, leaving me without support.
While I did receive two breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience, this token gesture does not compensate for the consistently poor service I’ve received. Additionally, the requirement to pay for parking or valet, combined with unhelpful staff, has made this my worst hotel experience. I’m extremely dissatisfied and will not return. I strongly urge the management to address these issues to ensure future guests do not have a similar experience.
