The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and refreshing. Very close to the airport and would recommend if needing to stay somewhere close to the airport

JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport
This hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and the service staff is attentive. It is farther away from restaurants. Which means you'll have to order food and drinks from the hotel, which is can be pricey. If you'd like more food options at a reasonable price, stay at the IBIS.
