"This was our second stay in the Guest House. Everything was spotless and the owners are attentive and helpful. We had a group of 4 "seniors" and the location was perfect as a base for visiting all parts of Door County."
"Loved the layout and space in the room! Very clean! Staff was very nice and i would have loved to have had time to book a massage. The mattress needed updating and a few more outlets for phone charging would have been nice. But totally recommend this hotel! Would book it again!"
"We had an excellent stay at the Harbor House! This property is situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes' walk from Ephraim public beach. Check-in was quick and simple and the owner is very responsive. The property was clean and has excellent gathering areas for a group in the dining room, living room, front porch, and outdoor seating area. We LOVED the screened-in porch as it allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without dealing with the bugs that are ever-present in Door County! We enjoyed the use of the kayaks from the property and used the Ephraim public beach access to enter the water. There are window AC units in each room, with the exception of the laundry room/bedroom, but this room has screened windows that can be opened to allow air circulation. We had a very pleasant stay and would come back in a heartbeat!"

"Great location and well maintained. Easy to walk to Wilson’s and right between fish creek and sister bay. We like to play family board games and it was a little dim in the living room at night but overall we’d recommend to stay there for sure."

It’s centrally situated in Ephraim—between Fish Creek and Sister Bay—with great restaurants and beautiful state parks just a short drive away.Perfect for a couple, the space is cozy and charming. You can walk across the street to a private area for swimming during the day, watching sunsets in the evening, and stargazing at night. Public beaches, restaurants, and a great wine bar are all within easy walking distance.Brad and Amy were terrific hosts—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s also a dog-friendly spot, which was a big plus for us.Just a heads-up: the loft is accessible via stairs, so something to keep in mind if mobility is an issue.If you’re looking for a romantic, laid-back place by the lake, this is a fantastic option!"

"The Ephraim House is just as impressive in person as in the photos. It's a great size for larger groups, is clean and well-maintained, and has a wonderful open kitchen and greatroom floorplan. Downtown Ephraim is easy walking distance from the house, yet you feel completely surrounded by nature when you are looking out the windows or sitting on the deck. Highly recommend!"
