"Fabulous location and wonderful staff. Our room had a huge balcony with a fabulous view of the city. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop bar. It was my second time staying there and the hotel left me a thank you note with a split of port wine to welcome me back. What a wonderful gesture. "Great hotel. 7 euro cab to all the action. Great breakfast with many options ( even had American Coffee !). Staff could not have been more helpful. Housekeeping daily with clean sheets etc. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Would use again. Love Lisbon !"

"We arrived on a Sunday evening, and discovered that the electric blind on the window was broken. After trying to fix it, with no success, we were moved to another room and upgraded. Much appreciated, the staff were responsive and did their best to make things right for two tired travellers. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops right around the corner. Added advantage was being a block away from Rossio Square, where the Christmas market was in full swing. We would use this hotel when we come back to Lisbon, so convenient for everything."
