Convenient location only minutes to Vail & Beaver Creek, as well as all of the Eagle Vail & Avon amenities. Restaurants & Food shopping minutes away. Walk out your door to a Nordic track & numerous show shoe & hiking trails. Beautiful views from the open living area with a gourmet kitchen, bar area, dining table with seating for 8 people and counter seats for 3 people. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide ample space for 2 families or 4 couples to get ready for the mountain in the morning. Washer & dryer included & 80 gallon hot water heaters. There is great storage throughout the home & a foyer area with storage for mountain gear. One car garage for mountain gear storage as well. Two parking spaces included with the townhome. Ski home from Beaver Creek on the Nordic Ski Loop that is just outside the front door.
