ドアがシリンダー錠だったりトイレが少し古かったりはするが、十分な清掃がなされており、 快適な部屋であった。 淡路北インターからも距離は無いので、車であれば立地も良い。 また、全室にて日の出が見えるはず。

一歳の子連れで和室素泊まりで利用。建物は古いが受付も部屋も清潔で、最上階の大浴場も快適であった。子ども用のシャンプーも準備されていた。チェックイン時にアメニティがもらえたり、一階の売店にはオムツも売っており、子連れに優しくとても快適に滞在できた。あえてデメリットを挙げると、幹線道路からホテルに曲がる道が、夜はわかりにくい点か。また是非利用したい。

部屋にあるお風呂のボディシャンプーが補充されてなく、ほぼ空っぽ、ポンプを押しても全く出てこず、ポンプ蓋を外して、逆さまにして、やっと出てくる状態。部屋に置いてある椅子のネジが外れており、椅子の脚が斜めになっているので、座っていたら…ひっくりかえって、へたをしたら怪我などしていたかもしれない状況でした。

朝ごはんのバイキングが良い。ちょっと味は濃いが。 2部屋予約したが違うフロアだったのが謎。普通同フロアにアサインするが。 子連れが多いので静かに過ごしたい人には不向き。 我が家は家族だったので良かった

お世話になりました 設備等は古くはありますが清潔に保たれていて不満に感じることはありませんでした 部屋の外の廊下、エレベーター付近でプールでしょうか？ なにか匂いがしているのが気になりました あと、こちらも連絡すればよかったのですが、予約時点で夕食の内容がわからず、当日選択制なのかと勝手に想定していて、レベルアップしたかったのですが出来ずに、そこは少し残念でした サービスの方が丁寧だったのと、女性スタッフの方は感じが良かったです 最後に、清掃の方がとても気持ちよく挨拶をしていただけて嬉しく思いました 今度はきちんとコースを連絡して利用させていただきたいと思います ありがとうごさいました

コンビニエンスストアまで少し遠いことと、ホテル外の食事場所がほぼなかったのが残念でしたが、ホテルそのものは及第点だと思います。フロントの方も親切でした。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。
