“There wasn't a kitchen as advertised, but rather a microwave. There were pans but no stove to cook on. “Where to start, it was cheaper than most places in Newcastle but still wasn't worth what we paid. No air-conditioning, the kitchen drain smelled terrible, the toilet leaked, there were toenails in the bathroom, originally put in a two bedded room when there was 3 of us, very hot stuffy room, unable to open window properly as there was a chain lock preventing us. Beds were clean and fairly comfy.”

“The ‘studio’ was a medium size bedroom with a shower room built into the corner and fridge, basin and microwave in a shelving unit along the wall. “We stayed 1 night. There was no parking as it is bang on city Center. No lift, which was a pain to carry things up. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The shower was terrible, very hot and then very cold. The place is on very busy street but no noise disturbance. Overall ok for what it is but won’t stay there again.”

“The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.”
